TecMail is a Unique Tool that allows the user to email Documents to the Customers and Suppliers. The standard forms include Invoices, Quotations, Credit notes, Statements, Purchase orders and Creditor Remittance but any form can be modified to cater for the customer's needs.

TecBackup

TecBackup was created to assist the customer in making/scheduling backups. The tool can be set to create up to 3 backups to different drives or paths. TecBackup can store multiple copies, depending on the space available on these drives. The backups can be execute manually or scheduled to run at a specified time.

TecDayend

The standard day end procedure prints reports when executed by a user or when scheduled, but this session uses up a user license. With TecDayend no user license is required and the reports will print at the specified time after hours.

TecEnquiry was developed especially for customer with more than 1 branch. When the connection between the remote branch and the head office go down this tool will provide the salesman with the required detail to complete the manual sales. The info displayed includes DESC, QOH and PRICE.
